This page explains what personal data ai-intensify.com collects, why, and what your rights are.
Who is responsible
AI Intensify is run by Aleksandra Magdziarz. Contact: info@ai-intensify.com.
She is the controller of your personal data under the GDPR.
What is collected, and why
Contact form. The form on the Contact page asks for your name, your email address, a subject and, if you like, a message. It is sent by email to AI Intensify so your message can be answered.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), or legitimate interest in answering other messages (art. 6(1)(f)).
Booking a call. The “Book a free Automation Check” buttons open a Google Calendar booking page. There, Google asks for your first name, last name and email address, and optionally your company and the task you would like to automate. These details reach AI Intensify’s calendar so the call can happen. Google processes them under its own terms, set out in Google’s privacy policy. During the call Aleksandra takes notes. With your permission, she may use an AI tool to help her write them up. The call itself is not recorded.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (art. 6(1)(b)).
Emails. If you write to info@ai-intensify.com, write to Aleksandra directly, or reply to an email she sent you, the email and your contact details are kept so she can answer and follow the conversation.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering messages (art. 6(1)(f)).
Clients. If you hire AI Intensify, your details are used to do the work and to invoice.
Legal basis: the contract (art. 6(1)(b)) and tax and accounting law (art. 6(1)(c)).
If AI Intensify contacted you first. Aleksandra sometimes sends a short email or LinkedIn message to a business, offering her services. The details come from public business sources, such as the company’s website or LinkedIn: the company name, its email address, and a person’s name and work address where the company publishes one.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in offering services to businesses (art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time: reply “stop”, or write to info@ai-intensify.com, and she will stop. Your address then goes on a do not contact list, kept only so you are never written to again.
Visit statistics. The site counts visits with Independent Analytics, a plugin that runs on the site itself. It records page views, the site a visitor came from, approximate location (country and city), and device type, browser and operating system. To work out the country and tell visits apart, it briefly processes your IP address and turns it, together with your browser details, into a coded identifier that changes every day. The plugin is set up so it does not keep IP addresses. It stores no cookies on your device. The statistics are kept in the site’s own database, with its hosting provider.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time by writing to info@ai-intensify.com.
Security and hosting. When you visit, the server records technical details: your IP address, browser, the pages requested and the time. The hosting provider keeps these logs to run the site and keep it secure, and a security plugin checks IP addresses to block attacks.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in a working, secure website (art. 6(1)(f)).
You do not have to give any details. Without a name and an email address, though, there is no way to reply to you or book your call.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies for tracking or advertising. The only cookies are strictly necessary ones, such as the one that keeps the site’s administrator logged in. That is why there is no cookie banner: none is needed for this.
Fonts are served from the site’s own server, not from Google.
Who receives it
- The hosting provider, Hostinger: hosts the website, its visit statistics and the info@ai-intensify.com mailbox.
- Email and calendar providers, including Google: email, calendar and the booking page.
- A website security service.
- AI assistant tools that help Aleksandra research businesses and draft and sort emails.
- Public authorities, only where the law requires it.
Outside the EU
Some providers, such as email, calendar, security and AI assistant tools, may process data in the United States. They rely on the EU US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, or otherwise on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can ask for a copy of the relevant safeguards at info@ai-intensify.com.
How long it is kept
- Enquiries, emails and booking details: up to 12 months after the last contact.
- If you become a client: as long as the work needs, then as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Server and security logs: only as long as needed to run the site and keep it secure.
- Visit statistics: up to 24 months.
- Outreach contacts who do not reply: up to 12 months after the last message.
- Do not contact list: as long as needed to respect your request.
Your rights
You can ask to:
- see the data held about you, and get a copy
- correct it
- have it deleted
- limit how it is used
- object to its use, including any use based on legitimate interest
- receive it in a portable format, where that applies
Your right to object. Where your data is used on the basis of legitimate interest, including outreach and visit statistics, you can object at any time by writing to info@ai-intensify.com or replying “stop”.
