Genie is available in your Databricks workspace, via API, and via Databricks OneA new experience that gives business users fast and secure access to data and insights from AI. Databricks One is designed to help business teams make better decisions without having to navigate the same platforms as technology professionals.
Databricks-native access to Cloud Sonnet 4.5
With the Databricks Foundation Model API (FMAPI) now available on AWS GovCloud, public sector customers can securely access and query state-of-the-art open models directly within their Databricks workspace, bringing powerful generative AI capabilities to mission-critical applications. For initial launch, Anthropic’s Cloud Sonnet 4.5 is available, with additional models coming soon. Teams can create agents in AI Playgrounds using FMAPI and deploy AI-powered ETL pipelines to automate document processing, improve citizen services, and accelerate research without leaving the Databricks security perimeter.
For AWS GovCloud users, the AI ​​Gateway makes it easier to use the Foundation model with confidence by providing full visibility into how sensitive data is used.
