Why was the Moltbuk craze like Pokemon?
Many influential people in the field of technology recently described Moltbook, an online hangout created by AI agents interacting with each other, as a glimpse of the future. AI systems appear to be doing useful things for the humans who created them – sure, it was filled with crypto scams, and many of the posts were actually written by people, but Some? This points towards a future of helpful AI, doesn’t it?
