I can come home, press my iPhone or Apple Watch against my lock and watch as the deadbolt closes automatically. It’s just as easy to use your smartphone to pay at the register – because you don’t even need to press the side button twice.

Although I really enjoyed the simplicity of Level Lock Pro, I believe many users will miss the keypad to give others easy access. My kids know the code to the front door, so they can open it when I’m taking the baby out of the car, and they love that piece of freedom. Level Lock Pro doesn’t include a keypad, but you can purchase one separately for $79.

Since the smart lock is NFC compatible, you can give visitors or family members a key card or fob so they can unlock your door without a phone.
