AI automation for small European brands
I build single automations for small companies: the one task that keeps coming back and eats someone's day each time.
One day a week is about two months of someone's working year. Build it once, and most of that time can come back for as long as it runs.

30 minutes, online, free. Nothing to prepare, and you don't need to know what to automate yet. Ask me anything about AI along the way.
The offer
From the first step to the result, whether it comes back every week, month or season.
Built and tested on real cases before anything goes out automatically.
It runs on your own accounts and comes with plain instructions and a short screen recording.
If it does not do what I said it would, you do not pay.
Things I often find in small brands

About
I'm based in Warsaw. A big part of my mission is to work with women-led businesses and help close the AI gender gap. Before I suggest anything, I want to understand how your business works. If the honest answer is “don't automate this”, or a simpler fix without AI, that is what you will hear.
My background is eight years in humanitarian and development operations, managing teams and projects with multi-million budgets across Poland, Ukraine and the UK.

FAQ
It is how you see how I work before you decide anything. The 30 minute call and the written note are free, with no obligation. If a build is not worth it, you still keep the note.
You get it in writing in the note after the check: one fixed price for that one task, agreed before any work starts. The note also shows the rough monthly cost of the tools, which you pay directly. There's no obligation to go ahead.
Within two working days, I email you a short written note. If a build makes sense, it ends with a fixed offer, and if not, it says so. Then it's your decision, in your own time.
No. The check needs no passwords and no access to your systems. I don't record the call. With your permission, I may use an AI tool to help me write up my notes. If you go ahead with a build later, we set up access together, never by sharing your passwords.
The ones that come back every week in roughly the same shape: an email, a form, a PDF, a spreadsheet row. Tasks that need your judgment each time, or your personal touch with customers, usually aren't, and I'll say so on the call. Your task doesn't need to be on my list above.
No. You describe the task in your own words. I build it and hand it over with plain instructions.
Mainly Claude, connected to the tools you already use, such as your email, spreadsheets or webshop. You keep your current tools. Anything new runs on your own accounts, and the note shows its rough monthly cost before you decide.
About a week of work once access is set up. We test it on your real cases before anything goes out automatically, so timing depends partly on how quickly those come in. The fixed offer gives you a timeline before we start.
Only the data the automation needs reaches AI. I use Claude on business plans, where Anthropic provides a data processing agreement with EU standard contractual clauses and does not train on your data. If your data must stay in the EU, Claude can run in EU regions through Amazon Bedrock or Google Cloud, and the rest of the automation can run on your own EU server. If I have access to personal data, we also sign a data processing agreement.
No. I use Claude on business plans, where Anthropic does not train its models on your data. Only the data the automation needs reaches the AI.
Two weeks of adjustments are included. After that, I can look after it for a monthly fee: monitoring, fixes and small changes. If not, my access is removed.
No. It runs on your own accounts, and anyone who knows the automation platform can read and change it. Monthly care is optional.
I take calls in English or Polish, online. I'm in Warsaw, and the booking calendar shows free slots in your own time zone. If your customers write in French, German or Swedish, the automation can work in that language too, and we test it on your real messages first.
I write to a few small brands each week, after reading their website, and the observation in my email came from yours. If you'd rather not hear from me, reply "stop" and I won't write again.
No, everyone is welcome. Working with women-led businesses and helping close the AI gender gap is a big part of my mission, and the check is open to every small brand.
