AI automation for small European brands
I build single automations for small companies: the one task that keeps coming back and eats someone’s day each time. Built once and handed over to you, so the day is yours again every time it comes around.
One day a week is about two months of someone’s working year. Build it once, and most of that time comes back for as long as it runs.

The offer
A single process that takes someone a day every week, or every month or season, automated from the first step to the result.
Scoped on one page before I start, then built and tested on real cases.
It runs on your own accounts. When it is done, it is yours, and my access is removed.
If it does not do what I said it would, you do not pay.
Fixed price, agreed in writing before any work starts.
Typical tasks
stockist and wholesale enquiries answered by hand · PDF order forms retyped into spreadsheets · repair and take-back requests handled by email · pre-orders tracked manually
Never automated
decisions · your relationships with customers and stockists · what makes your brand yours

About
I am based in Warsaw and work with small companies across Europe.
My background is humanitarian and development operations: eight years managing teams and projects with multi-million budgets across Poland, Ukraine and the United Kingdom. In practice, that means I am good at spotting the step everyone does by hand and nobody has questioned in years.
What I have built
FAQ
No. You describe the task in your own words. I build it and hand it over with plain instructions.
A fixed price, agreed in writing before any work starts. If the automation does not do what was promised, you do not pay. Tool costs are usually small, and I tell you exactly what they will be on the first call.
Mainly Claude, with automation platforms such as n8n or Make, connected to the tools you already use, such as your email, spreadsheets or webshop.
Everything runs on your accounts, and only the data the automation needs reaches AI. I use Claude on business plans, where Anthropic provides a data processing agreement with EU standard contractual clauses and does not train on your data. If your data must stay in the EU, it can run in European regions through Amazon Bedrock or Google Cloud. If I have access to personal data, we also sign a data processing agreement.
You own the automation. If you wish, I look after it for a monthly fee: monitoring, fixes and small changes. If not, my access is removed.
