AI customer support startup now valued at $2 billion

A startup focused on deploying AI-powered customer service agents is now valued at $2 billion, having raised another $150 million in a Series B funding round.

The investment continues the already growing trajectory of Israeli-founded, Amsterdam-based Wonderful Unveiled $100 million Series A in November.

The latest infusion of capital was led by global software investor Insight Partners, with participation from existing investors Index Ventures, IVP, Bessemer Venture Partners and Vine Ventures.

according to a blog Posted by the seller, Wonderful will use the new capital to accelerate enterprise adoption in more than 30 markets. Wonderful is targeting a headcount of around 900 by the end of the year – from the current total of 350 – so it can significantly increase the deployment of teams embedded within businesses using its technology.

A key differentiator for Wonderful since its inception has been its focus on non-English-speaking markets, and it says it has made inroads with companies in Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and Latin America across a range of sectors, including telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing and healthcare.

Wonderful says its policy of providing embedded personnel to assist with implementation claims its agentic platform is paying dividends.

“In 2026, enterprises will decide who to partner with to drive AI across their organizations, and those decisions will depend on who can provide deep integration into complex infrastructure and tailor solutions to each organization’s unique environment,” CEO Bar Winkler said in a release. “We have built our platform and operating model around that reality, and the demand we are seeing globally reflects it.”

With the new support, Wonderful said its platform-based approach is also paying off. The vendor’s architecture is AI model-agnostic, allowing activation across different workflows, providing flexibility, with the ability to select the best performing model for each application.

Reliability is also provided by the self-healing system design and “‘Harness-based’ assessment,” said the seller.

Wonderful has raised $286 million so far Bloomberg quoted Winkler as saying Claiming that revenues are “tens of millions of dollars.”
